Name: "To The Sea"

Biography: Taken the same day as "In Flight Meal", this was another shot that I liked. Shooting these birds was a real challenge as this was a very cold day and I don’t shoot with gloves and you can imagine how the cold metal of the lens felt on bare skin. The song from the Steve Miller Band popped into my head as I was perusing my photos from that day and it seemed to me that this wonderful bird may very well be headed "To The Sea".
