Biography: While out shooting in Black Hawk Park, after a nice fresh snow the night before, I ventured onto part of a trail that I had not gone down before. As I rounded a corner there was a huge outcropping of rocks and I took my time snapping shots all the while looking for something abstract. There was a big dead tree root that had worked its way through small openings in the cracks and fissures of the rock. So much strength to push it forward on its journey, so much time endlessly pushing on, so much determination in never giving up and "So Much Muscle".
